I am a middle-aged "young" woman. A social worker by career,I've recently added life coaching to my repetoire of counseling skills. My most meaningful vocation of child-rearing is over as my three daughters are grown; and I have been in mid-life angst for the past couple of years in search of my next meaningful focal point of my life. A doer by nature, a learner by passion, this blog is my latest challenge to myself.
